Troubleshooting Agentic Studio
Fix common Agentic Studio issues: no switch, no assistant, read-only dashboards, and content that is only in Classic.
Use this guide when something in Agentic Studio does not look the way you expect.

Problem | Why it happens | How to fix it |
I don't see the switch to Agentic Studio | Agentic Studio is not on for your organization, or your admin turned it off. | Ask your Company Admin. See Agentic Studio availability and settings. |
I land on the dashboard library and there is no assistant | LinearB AI Services is off for your organization. | Ask a Company Admin to enable AI Services. |
There is no Edit action on a dashboard | It is LinearB Catalog content, or it was shared with you. | Select Clone to make a Personal copy. |
I can't find the Metrics Dashboard, custom dashboards, or custom PM metrics | They are available only in Classic. | Use the switch in the menu bar to go to Classic. |
There is no assistant on a Classic page | The assistant works on Agentic Studio pages only. | Select AI Assistant in the menu bar. |
I can't find Metrics Builder or the AI Assistant in Classic | They are part of Agentic Studio when it is on for your organization. | Switch to Agentic Studio. |
The assistant says it cannot answer | The data needed is not available. | Rephrase the question, or check that the relevant integration is connected. |
