Custom Project Management Type Support—LinearB now supports custom project management (PM) types, allowing teams to filter and analyze their own Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO) entity types—beyond standard system-defined types like Epics or User Stories.
- What’s Improved?
  - Customers can now filter and analyze custom entity types (e.g., "EPICO" or other user-defined types).
  - These custom types are available in Resource Allocation, Investment Strategy, and Forecasting filters.
  - Previously, filtering was limited to system-defined types only.
- This enhancement ensures greater flexibility, allowing teams to work with their own classifications rather than relying solely on predefined system types.
Improved Auto Repo Discovery for GitHub—Users can now define a regex pattern to automatically select organizations for repo discovery, eliminating manual selection and seamlessly adding new matching orgs. For further information, see Auto-Monitoring GitHub and GitLab Repositories.
Developer Coaching Now Includes PM Data—The Wellness Workload widget now displays PM activities grouped by issue type, offering deeper insights into developer focus areas. For further information, see Wellness and Workload Tracking.

Audit Log GA—The Audit Log feature in LinearB is now generally available (GA), providing teams with a detailed history of key actions and changes within the platform. This allows engineering leaders to track modifications, monitor user activity, and enhance security compliance with full visibility into project and workflow updates. GitStream Soft Limits for Free Accounts—We are introducing GitStream Soft Limits to optimize our offering for free accounts. This update sets a monthly limit of 250 PRs per organization for free-tier users. For more information, see GitStream Soft Limits for Free Accounts.
Failing Repo Indication—This new LinearB feature helps teams identify underperforming repositories based on key engineering metrics. By analyzing factors such as high PR rejection rates, excessive rework, long cycle times, or lack of activity, this feature provides clear alerts and insights to help engineering leaders proactively address bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and prevent project slowdowns.
