How to - Re-authorize GitLab integration

Re-authorizing Gitlab integration

In order to re-authorize a Gitlab integration with a different admin in order for LinearB to successfully install webhooks. The current LB admin needs to do the following:

  1. Sign-in to LinearB
  2. Go to Settings -> Company settings

  1. Go To “Git” tab

  1. Find the in relevant integration you would like to re-oauth
  2. On the top-right menu select the “reauthorize Git” option

  1. Before you move on - Make sure you go to your git account and sign out (otherwise you will be using the same user to re-authorize and will not be able to switch users)
  2. Click on the “Reauthorize Gitlab” button

  1. In the next screen, click “Continue” you will be redirected to the Gitlab sign-in page

  1. You will be redirected to the Gitlab sign-in page - Make sure you are signing in with the Gitlab account admin creds

  1. After signing in you will be redirected back to LinearB

  1. Click on “Approve” or Click on “Approve and add repos” in order to make sure all the original repositories are selected
