Issue Count vs. Story Points Done
Project Delivery Trackers (available in enterprise plans) have the ability to display project progress based on either issue count or story points.
To change reporting from displaying issue counts to story points. click into your project, and select story points from the dropdown menu below the investment profile and delivery reports.
Issue Count
Investment Profile: Counts the total number of issues (Jira tickets) by issue type.
Delivery: Counts the total number of issues (Jira tickets) that were planed, added, completed, and carried over in the iteration or time frame defined.
Story Points Done
Investment Profile: Counts the total number of story points by issue type of the issue to which they are assigned.
Delivery: Counts the total number of story points that were planned, added, completed, and carried over in the iteration or time frame defined.
