Overview

WorkerB for Microsoft Teams delivers personal and team notifications directly in Microsoft Teams. Individual contributors can receive pull request and CI notifications, while teams can receive delivery and workflow alerts for work at risk, reviews, and daily digests.

What personal alerts will I receive?

Individual users can receive direct messages about active reviews, pull request updates, CI status, and other review activity.

Pull Request Reviewer

An alert is sent when you are assigned a pull request or added as a reviewer.

Pull Request Change Request / Comments

An alert is sent when comments are added to your pull request or when changes are requested.

Pull Request Approvals

An alert is sent when your pull request is approved.

CI Checks Passed

An alert is sent when one or more CI checks reported by your Git provider complete successfully.

CI Checks Failed

An alert is sent when a CI check reported by your Git provider fails. WorkerB includes a link to the failed check so you can review it.

What team alerts will we receive?

Teams can receive updates about delivery risks, review bottlenecks, and quality issues in the repositories they work on.

Work at risk

Alerts are sent for pull requests that exceed the configured size threshold or include significant rework or refactoring.

Pull Request merged without review

Alerts are sent when a pull request with the configured number of code changes is merged without review.

Merged with basic review

Alerts are sent when a pull request is merged after a very short review.

Review request hanging

Alerts are sent when a pull request has not been picked up for review within the configured time period.

Long review

Alerts are sent when a review is taking longer than the configured time period.

Daily Digest

Daily Digest sends a daily summary of large changes, stuck work, and highly commented pull requests. You can configure the delivery time from the General tab. For more information, see What is a Daily Digest?
