From Settings → Company Settings → Git, you can view and manage all Git integrations connected to your LinearB account. Each integration shows the number of linked repositories, connection status, and whether it’s connected to gitStream.

Summary
  • View all Git integrations and repository counts.
  • Reauthorize, monitor, or delete existing integrations.
  • Add or remove repositories from an integration.
  • Manage gitStream connections.
  • Add new Git integrations at any time.

Managing an integration
  1. Go to Settings → Git.
  2. Under Integrations and Repositories, locate the integration you want to manage.
  3. Click the integration row to expand its details.
  4. Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) to access available actions:
    • Reauthorize Git — Refresh authentication if the token expired or permissions changed.
    • Monitoring Rules — Control which repositories, PRs, or branches LinearB monitors.
    • Delete Integration — Permanently remove the integration.
Always click the integration row first before using the ellipsis menu to ensure the correct actions appear.

Adding or updating repositories
  1. Click Add Repositories next to the integration.
  2. In the Select repositories window:
    • Filter by visibility (Private, Internal, or All).
    • Use search to find specific repositories.
    • Click Select all available repositories to include all eligible repos.
  3. Click Save Repositories.
Only repositories with multiple contributors and recent Pull Requests are eligible. LinearB automatically detects and activates supported repositories.

At the bottom of the window, you’ll see your plan capacity (for example: “819 available slots out of 1000 repositories”).

Managing gitStream connections

If an integration is connected to gitStream, a Connected to gitStream label appears below the repository count.

  • Click Disconnect gitStream to unlink it from the integration.
  • You can reconnect later by reconfiguring gitStream from the integration settings.

Adding a new Git integration
  1. Click Add Integration in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select your Git provider (for example, GitHub or GitLab).
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to authenticate and grant access.

Deleting a Git integration

Admins can permanently remove a Git integration.

If the integration contains associated data (repositories, metrics, gitStream connections, or historical activity), deletion requires confirmation. If no data exists, deletion completes immediately.

  1. Go to Settings → Git.
  2. Select the integration to expand its details.
  3. Click the ellipsis (⋮) and choose Delete Integration.
  4. Select a deletion option:
    1. Remove everything — Permanently deletes the integration and all associated data.
    2. Keep data — Removes the integration but preserves existing data in LinearB. Data remains visible, but no new updates are pulled.
  5. Click Next, then Delete to confirm.
If your organization has only one Git integration, deletion is disabled. At least one active Git integration is required.
