Pull Request Size

Pull Request Size

Pull request size is a metric calculating the average code changes (in lines of code) of a pull request.

Why is it important

Small and digestible pull requests help developers reduce the risk of introducing new bugs or production issues. When pull requests are smaller they are easier to test and review and teammates can review more thoroughly and have a better chance of finding problems within the code.
